Palm reinvented itself with its Pre and Pixi models running its unique Linux-based webOS in 2009 and it’s been developing those two ever since. The Palm Pre 2 is the first since the company was acquired by HP and is also the first to feature the latest 2.0 version of the operating system, augmented by a faster processor and improved camera.
At first glance, it looks much the same as its predecessor, with the same rubberised plastic casing, which is warm to the touch, flying in the face of the current trend for cold, metallic handsets.
