I realised there was an opportunity for me to offer a local, personalised service, where I could liaise with the big companies on my customers behalf…no more pushing buttons to get to someone who can help!
	Ivan Chibanda Account Manager Before joing the team at OK Communications, Ivan also worked for BT.  Ivan is often the customers’ first point of contact with OK Communications, and as such his knowledge and experience helps ensure our customers are well looked after at every stage.
	Janet Smyth Account Executive Janet is an invaluable member of the team, having worked alongside Janice in BT for longer than she cares to remember!  Janet’s enthusiasm makes her a huge hit with our customers!
	Jon Bailey e-Business Manager With over a decade of experience in sales and marketing Jon has found his home in telecoms!  He has brought all his experience and customer service skills to OK Communications where he is involved in generating new business and driving on-line sales.
	Nicola Lynn Office Administrator Having run her own business for several years, Nicola has no difficulty running the office at OK! She works tirelessly behind the scenes, ensuring that OK Communications remains efficient and organised. If our customers have a problem Nicola is always on hand to help.
